Refurbishing Service Procedure

Firstly, all incoming machines are disassembled to their entirety. Checking for wear and serviceability of all components. All covers are removed for washing, allowing for complete access to the internal workings of the machine. The machine is blown out to remove excess dust build up- reducing chance of board shortage, sensor inconstancies, and noise.

Secondly, all electronic items (sensors, motors, clutches, wiring, boards) are inspected and cleaned to provide trouble free service. Any defective or the flawed component is replaced. Every paper feed tire, throughout the machine, is reconditioned or changed, to omit jamming and favor smooth feeding.

The chassis is inspected for trueness- a bent chassis will not produce a true quality copy. All internal units are detached and cleaned thoroughly. Scanning mirrors are cleansed of residue and polished enabling crisp, smooth image quality. Restricted shafts are cleaned and lubed allowing for efficient, quiet performance.

All covers and access doors are thoroughly cleaned and prepped for the assembly process. Nominal scratches are polished out, with sizeable blemishes being minimized. Adhesive residues are removed and severely worn decals are replaced.

Lastly, the machine is assembled and multi-tested. A factory-trained technician goes over all the settings and adjustments. He then checks all functions of that machine to make sure that when you receive the machine, it is in perfect working order.

After all, if you, our customer, are not happy- then NETWORK BUSINESS MACHINES isn't happy.
